Dedicated birth professionals who happen to be Mamas in Mallorca
When we realised that each of us lives within a small radius of one another, and that we are all passionate about supporting the journey of Matrescence, we felt inspired to unite our services in one place for our community of mothers!
Founded in the heart of the Tramuntana, Mamalaró is a collective of dedicated birth professionals committed to providing holistic support through the journey of motherhood. Our mission is to empower women mentally, physically & emotionally during pregnancy, birth and postpartum, as well as to bring together the village that we are all meant to experience when on this journey.
Why Mamalaró?
While this collective was founded in Alaró, Mallorca, we hope to bring together birth services for all mamas across the island. Rather than feeling isolated in your journey of support, you can find community & offerings all in one place! So far, the four of us offer a range of offerings to support your pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey!
Prenatal Wellness
Our prenatal movement classes and prenatal massage services aim to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and prepare women for childbirth.
Postpartum Recovery
We offer postpartum movement and massage to aid in the recovery process, promote healing, and enhance well-being after childbirth.
Emotional Well-being
Our psychotherapy, counseling, and women's circles provide a supportive environment for emotional well-being and mental health throughout the entire perinatal journey.
Educational Support
We offer holistic childbirth education courses to help couples prepare for their birth & postpartum journey, as well as pelvic health workshops that are valuable for women along any part of the perinatal journey.
